Our Finances
Cornerstone Ministries is registered Charity with Trustees. The Senior Pastors are responsible for the management of all the affairs of the church. This is outworked through regular meetings with Pastors, the Treasurer and Department heads.
The Church's financial records are independently audited annually by Skingle, Helps and Co (accountants). Strict internal controls are applied including: Two cheque signatories are required for all payments; all payment requests must be authorised by the Department Head and either one of the Senior Pastors or the Treasurer.

All money received must be counted by at least two responsible people, appointed by the Pastors. Each department works to a budget set by the Finance Committee at the beginning of each year. The Finance Committee review the financial performance of each department against the budget monthly. All significant purchases are tendered for competitive pricing. The financial plans of Cornerstone are prepared with a spirit of faith and careful planning.
