The Prayer Team

Boy Praying rounded corners anWe believe in prayer and we believe that our God answers faith filled prayers.

We want to invite you to come and join us as we pray for the nation, the church, our leaders and the specific needs of the congregation. God always answers faith filled prayers.

Robert Hall said, “…The prayer of faith is the only power in the universe to which the great Jehovah yields. Prayer is the sovereign remedy.”

Brother Kenneth E. Hagin in the book ‘Prevailing prayer to peace’ he says “By faith we reach out to claim that which we needed thereby create the reality of it in our lives.” And again “Thinking faith thoughts and speaking faith words believes the heart out of defeat and into victory.”

E.  M. Bounds in his book Purpose in Prayer page 12 last paragraph the writer says “Prayer is the keynote of the most sanctified life, of the holy as ministry. He does the most from God who is the highest building prayer. Jesus Christ exercise is ministry after this order”. To a prayerful man God is always present in realised force; to a prayerful church God is truly present in glorious power throughout the earth.

John Wesley said “God cannot do anything in this earth without man asking him to or giving him permission to do that.”

There are two things that must be attended to in prayer; that it be in every time, season, or opportunity and that it should be in or through the Spirit – that the heart should be engaged in it, and that its infirmities should be helped by the Holy Ghost.
